Mustafa Aksu is the visionary Founder and CEO of Ocean Blue Trading and Consultancy QFZ LLC, a thriving marine business specializing in electric boats and custom yachts. Under his dynamic leadership, the company has secured the prestigious distributorship for BIG and Sancrea Yachts in the GCC, leading the marketing and sales of groundbreaking electric boats, including the innovative R30 model.
Passionate about sustainable marine technology, Mustafa plays an active role in designing new boats and incorporating eco-friendly features, positioning Ocean Blue at the forefront of the industry.
Before founding his company, Mustafa served as General Manager of VIP flight operations for business jets and as a B777 Captain at leading airlines like Turkish Airlines and Qatar Airways. His extensive aviation experience has sharpened his strategic thinking and attention to detail, essential for his business success.
Mustafa has also consulted on developing new companies, including Bilgin Yachts, helping it achieve remarkable growth as a renowned shipyard for constructing super yachts from 50 to 120 meters in length.
His diverse background includes starting his career as an Air Force Pilot after completing training at Laughlin Air Force Base in Texas. He holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering and an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida.

Prior to joining Ocean Blue, Yildirim played a pivotal role as the Head of Sales and Marketing at Bilgin Yachts in Istanbul, Turkey. During his tenure, Bilgin Yachts emerged as a leading super yacht manufacturer in the country and one of the most accomplished shipyards in Europe. Yildirim’s unrivaled sales skills and business acumen have contributed to the successful sale of super yachts exceeding 80 meters, amounting to millions of euros.
Renowned worldwide as a prominent figure in the yachting industry, Yildirim Bilgen has established himself as a well-known and highly respected salesperson within the global yachting community.
Nevzat Menevse
Head of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering

Armed with a B.S. Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Istanbul University, Nevzat brings invaluable knowledge and expertise to the company.
His extensive experience in building yachts and super yachts at Bilgin Yachts, a prestigious shipyard in Turkey and Europe, has equipped Nevzat with an exceptional eye for detail and a deep understanding of quality inspection and survey processes. His technical expertise and sales skills have also played a crucial role in assisting numerous customers in their yacht purchases.

Financial Advisor
Mr. Mesut Ersoy has a proven track record in the financial industry, with a successful career spanning various leadership positions. He started his journey as the Assistance Branch Manager at Pamukbank Bahrain and quickly rose to become the Brand Manager. Throughout his career, Mr. Ersoy has developed excellent skills in corporate finance, investment banking, financial analysis, and business analysis. He has held key executive roles such as Executive Vice President, President and CEO of CJSC DEXIA BANK, and Member of Management Board and Chairman of Management Board and CEO at DenizBank AG Vienna Austria. He also served as the Managing Director of Habas International B.V in the Netherlands. Currently, Mr. Ersoy is the CEO of the Express Real Estate Investment division of Deniz Bank Financial Services Group in Istanbul, Turkey.
John Vo
Advisor Engineering and R&D
Mr. John Vo is a highly accomplished individual in the field of engineering, recognized for his vast expertise and contributions. He currently serves as the Advisor for Engineering and R&D and is the Founder and CEO of Blue Innovations Group (BIG). With advanced degrees in engineering from the University of Minnesota, Mr. Vo has held leadership positions in diverse industries, including Semiconductor, Aerospace, Solar Energy, and Electric Vehicles. He is particularly well-known for his pivotal role as the Head of Global Manufacturing for Tesla from 2011 to 2017, where he played a crucial role in the successful launch of groundbreaking products such as the Model S, Model X, Model 3, and the first Tesla Gigafactory.
In addition to his tenure at Tesla, Mr. Vo founded and led Portable Power Innovations, a company that developed a universal rolling chassis for electric vehicles. The venture proved to be highly successful and was eventually acquired in 2019.
Mr. Vo’s expertise lies in managing both low and high-volume products in startup and established environments, as well as overseeing the entire development and manufacturing processes. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, building and leading exceptional teams.
